Having toned muscles is essential if we want a body in perfect physical shape. If a certain flaccidity of the limbs begins to appear over time, you can perform targeted exercises to firm up the arms and other parts of the body.

This flaccidity can result from lack of physical activity, weight gain, pregnancy, sudden weight loss, hormonal changes, poor diet, etc.

One of the areas most affected by this problem is that of the arms which can lose so much muscle tone that they are, in some cases, embarrassing and cause problems when you want to wear a sleeveless garment.

Flaccidity is the loss of skin tone following the collapse of collagen fibers and elastin, leaving the skin and muscles limp.

It mainly affects the areas of the abdomen, buttocks, thighs and arms. What can be done to eliminate this annoying and uncomfortable flaccidity?

There are several solutions for firming the arms: from natural remedies, which help improve the appearance of the skin, to exercises aimed at strengthening and giving a beautiful appearance to the arm area.

Natural remedies:

  • Apple:  Mix half a glass of apple juice with half a glass of melon juice. Massage the flabby parts. You can do this twice a week.
  • Melon:  wash and cut a small melon into small pieces, blend the pulp with a little water and the juice of a medium-sized lemon. Blend well and then dip a gauze into the mixture and place it on the affected area.
