Preparation

  • Pour the water into a saucepan and boil it.
  • Add the mint and nettle leaves.
  • Let it boil for 10 minutes and inhale the steam that emanates.
  • Finally sweeten with honey and consume.

Saline solution

Nasal irrigations are among the oldest and most effective methods for cleaning the nasal passages of pollen, mites and any residue accumulated in them.

  • ½ tablespoon of salt (5 g)

  • Repeat the process for 10 minutes.

Prevention measures

  • Wear cotton pajamas instead of wool.
