  • The first thing to do is to wash both the apple and the cucumber well. In the case of the apple, we will include the peel, then cut it into four parts and remove the seeds.
  • As for the cucumber, you just have to peel it and cut it into pieces to facilitate the preparation of the smoothie. Very easy.
  • We choose the melon we like best and get a cup of its pulp, without seeds.
  • We put the melon, apple and cucumber in the blender. Get a smooth smoothie and then add a glass of water.
