Similarly, it is advisable not to drink more than a glass of water during meals in order not to dilute the pH of the stomach and make the digestive process more difficult.

Some foods cannot be eaten raw, we know this, but sometimes we overdo the cooking a bit. This is poorly nutritious and can become harmful to your stomach.

We opt to increase the amount of foods to be consumed raw, especially fruit and vegetables, both in summer and in winter. Juices, smoothies, and liquids can help fill you up and fight hunger by feeding you and avoiding overcooking.
