1st day

The first day of the apple diet consists of eating only apples. It is the day when you will be a little hungry, but also when you will lose more weight (about 1.5 kilos).

  • 1 apple + salad (1 cucumber + 1 tomato + ½ avocado + basil leaves + 30 g of cheese + salt + pepper + olive oil)

Dinner

  • 1 apple + salad (2 slices of turkey breast + 2 carrots + ½ cup cooked broccoli + salt + pepper)

4th day

On the fourth day, this diet includes more complex carbohydrates. Potatoes and lentils provide fiber and prepare the stomach for when it eats various foods again. You can change them for other legumes if you prefer.

Green tea and black tea will provide antioxidants that will strengthen the body. During the course of the day you can drink as much tea as you like.

Breakfast

  • 1 apple smoothie + 2 celery sticks + ½ small beetroot + ½ cup soy milk (125 ml)

Lunch

  • 1 apple + lentil soup + 1 cup of black tea (250 ml)

Dinner

  • 1 apple + vegetable soup + ½ cooked potato + 1 cup of green tea (250 ml)

5th day

The last day of the apple diet involves more quantity and variety of foods. The idea is to prepare the body to follow a healthy diet in the future.

If you followed the recommended diet, your metabolism will have accelerated. This means that he will be ready to make better use of the nutrients you provide him.

Blue fish

You can replace the classic potatoes with sweet ones or with lentils or beans.

  • 1 apple + 2 boiled eggs + roasted vegetables

Lunch

  • 1 apple + baked fish + ½ cooked potato + steamed vegetables

Dinner

  • 1 apple + 5 walnuts + ½ glass of almond milk (100 ml)

Final considerations

Remember to drink plenty of water,  two liters of water without exception. Distribute this amount throughout the day, starting with one glass on an empty stomach. Finish with another glass of water before bed.

Eat healthy, organic and fresh foods. Try to avoid frozen foods, as they won’t have the same nutrients.
