  • ½ cup of aloe vera gel
  • The juice of one lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid chlorophyll (15 ml)
  • ½ glass of water (100 ml)
Preparation :
  • Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • So consume the juice on an empty stomach, at least half an hour before eating.

Preparation:
