The combination of lemon and parsley is a good natural purifier for the skin, ideal for reducing skin macules and other common alterations that negatively impact our beauty.

The vitamin C that lemon provides  regulates the production of melanin, helping to give the skin a better tone.

On the other hand, parsley has an astringent and toning action that helps regulate the pH of the skin to facilitate deep cleansing.

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley (20 g)

Method

  • Extract the juice of a lemon and mix it with the two tablespoons of chopped parsley.
  • Before going to sleep, apply the mixture all over your face, leave it on for about 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

2. Apple cider vinegar

It can reduce the appearance of skin macules and melasma thanks to its intake of alpha-hydroxy acids. It helps regulate the skin’s pH,  reducing excess sebum and opening clogged pores.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (20 ml)
  • 6 tablespoons of water (60 ml)

Method

  • Dilute the apple cider vinegar in the water and dip a cotton swab in the liquid until it is soaked well.
  • Apply the product on the affected area and repeat the treatment at least 3 times a day.

3. Yogurt and carrot

  • 1 carrot
  • ½ cup of natural yogurt

  • Wash and put the carrot in the blender, along with the natural yogurt. Blend everything.
