  • 4 cups of fish broth (1 liter)
  • 150 g of spaghetti (long or broken)

  • ½ glass of extra virgin olive oil (100 ml)

Preparation

  • Finely chop the onion, peppers and garlic and fry them in a pan with olive oil.
  • Once they have softened, add the finely chopped tomato and stir constantly. Sauté for 10 minutes or, depending on the consistency, until the vegetables are cooked.
  • Meanwhile, bring the water and salt to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Clean the fish by removing the skin and bones. If you prefer, you can add fish bones or bones to this pot to add flavor
